How can I place an order for an item?
Just drop a mail to info@remotechventures.com for best quote along with Model number, Quantity and address to deliver this.
What will be the lead time of item after placing order?
Leadtime will be subject to model number. Generally, it is 4 to 6 weeks in exports including air transportation time.
Does the buyer need to arrange the logistics?
No. We can ship directly to your address. In case of export, we can provide FoB price or DDP(Duty Delivery paid).All customs, import duties or international taxes will have to be borne by the customer.
What is warranty and Liability from seller side?
Remotech does not warrant and shall not be responsible for the damage arising out of the use of the products listed on its site. If a product delivered to you is different than as described on the website, then we are liable only to change the product. We are not responsible for delays arising out of force majeure.
When the order can be cancelled?
Cancellation of the order should be done within 48 hours after payment transfer or placing the order.Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
What will be the payment term for small and bulk order?
100% advance payment is required for small orders and credit terms may be provided to buyer based on bulk order quantity.
